REAL ESTATE and TAX PROFESSIONAL

If I have not as yet had the pleasure of presenting either GRI or CE Express Courses to your Association, I would like to introduce myself.  I have been a faculty member of the Real Estate Institute of the Florida Association of Realtors since 2004 presenting various tax subjects.

I bring the best of both worlds to the classroom, as I am a Certified Public Account with a Masters Degree in taxation and I am an active licensed sales associate with VIP Realty Group, Inc. on Sanibel.  Being active in both professions allows me to enhance the course outline presented in class with many real life experiences.
